Aviation Operations
Burgeon Analytics LLC (“the Company”) provides aviation-related services, including but not limited to aerial application, aerial imagery, and unmanned aircraft system (UAS) operations, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All aviation services are conducted through properly certified personnel and registered aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations, including Part 91 and Part 107, where applicable.
The company does not represent or warrant that its aviation services are suitable for every operational environment or guarantee specific outcomes in flight performance, environmental impact, or efficacy of applications. All aerial operations are weather-dependent and may be subject to cancellation, rescheduling, or modification based on safety considerations, regulatory changes, or airspace restrictions. The Company is not liable for delays, damages, or losses arising from unforeseen conditions or operational adjustments beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure events.
By engaging Burgeon Analytics LLC for aviation services, clients acknowledge the inherent risks associated with aerial operations and agree to hold the Company, its subcontractors, and personnel harmless from claims or liabilities except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct.
Real Assets
Burgeon Analytics LLC does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice and makes no guarantees regarding the performance, valuation, or future appreciation of any real asset. Decisions involving acquisition, disposition, financing, or management of real assets carry inherent risks, and clients are strongly advised to consult with legal, tax, and financial advisors before acting on any recommendations.
The Company disclaims all liability for errors, omissions, or losses arising from reliance on its real asset services. Engagement with Burgeon Analytics LLC does not constitute a fiduciary relationship unless explicitly agreed upon in a signed written agreement.

Equipment Rental and Sales
Burgeon Analytics LLC (“the Company”) provides equipment for rental and sale on an “as-is” basis, unless otherwise specified in writing. The Company makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as expressly provided in a written agreement signed by both parties.
Clients are responsible for inspecting all equipment upon receipt and reporting any defects or operational issues within 24 hours. Continued use of the equipment constitutes acceptance of its condition. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse, improper installation, failure to follow manufacturer guidelines, or operation in unsafe conditions.
For rental equipment, the client assumes full responsibility for the care, operation, and return of the equipment in its original condition, subject to reasonable wear and tear. Damages, theft, or loss occurring during the rental period shall be the client’s responsibility and may be subject to additional charges.
